Cancellation/Refund Policy
In-Person Events
If something happens that is beyond our control, and in the unlikely event that we have to cancel an event, we will fully refund any deposit or event fee that you have already paid.
Refunds for events that are not caused by us are not refundable but are however transferable. You may cancel within a 3-day period (from the date of purchase) and will be credited for a future event.
Online Courses & Events
Refunds for online courses, online events, calls and any other telecommunications can be cancelled within 7-days. Refunds will be issued as a credit and can be used against any other service or product provided by Key Vitality. Refunds will expire 365 days after they are issued. No refunds will be provided after the 7-day period or if an online course or event has been accessed. All refund credits will be processed 30 days from date of the written request and accepted refund.
Electronic Communications
Visiting the Sites or sending emails to Key Vitality constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Key Vitality website, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
